Just did copied file from : C:\Flight One Software to C:\RealityXP  Still get license error

Do you mean you now have the following file/folder?

C:\RealityXP\RXP-GNS530-FS.lic

If so and this is still indicating a license error, you might have missed a step when using the license transfer tool.

Please review the documentation included in the license transfer tool downloaded package.

If this is becoming too complex, I'd suggest you process a refund request and consider purchasing the product again once you're up and running with a more recent operating system.

Im going to try to unistall on flight computer. (windows xp)

Again I will create transfer file and bring to windows10 computer. Run the installer to download the software again and say and select 'Another computer License Transferred required) and also select Click Here to Reinstall.  Hopefully will give the correct .lic file and will bring back to windows-ap (flight computer) and run installer there

Should not be that complicated.  I will be getting an up to date computer as soon as MSFS 2020 is released   That is what Im waiting for

Jean-Luc, I went and regenerated the .LIC file.  This time copied the whole folder to my flight computer and ran the install again.

It works now.  It looks like a great product.

Im also a private pilot (rust at that), that is why I got this for flight simulator.  My friend has it on his GlassairIII aircraft.  So I will be start flying soon.

I saw somewhere else that the data is really not up to date and you have to try to to update a DB or something

If you can point me in the right direction for that

Anyways thanjoy for all the help

If your friend has a Garmin/Jeppesen subscription for his GNS 530, you can copy the navdata file to the Garmin GNS Trainer for training use.  Send me a PM with your email address for instructions.
