We have 1000s of UGCX users.  Don't give up.  It's probably just something little somewhere.

Try disabling the "Regional sounds set" feature. This case is weird, the module works fine, but no sound...hhmmm...how many sound devices you have?

I disabled the "Regional sounds set" and all works fine now 😄
