Hours only get you an interview, once you are working for someone it is company seniority that gets you better and bigger equipment. Claiming 25,000, 30,000 hours of flight time only impresses student pilots at the bar. All that means is that is someone who spent a lot of time babysitting an autopilot at altitude.
