Aersoft A330 Professional UCGX Pushback

Featured Replies

Does the UCGX not work with the Aerosoft's A330 Professional for P3Dv4.5? I called for a pushback at FSDG's FMEE and despite going through the dialogue, they just sat there like lemons when instructions given which way to pushback!

Is the UCGX not compatible with the AS A330?

Does this happens with all airports and gate/parkings?

Okay, Bryan and Manuel.

Tested the Aerosoft Airbus A300-300, non FS2Crew, at two FSDG airports. First one, yesterday was FSDG's Reunion. There the UCGX guys just sat there after confirming 'Brakes released' for a pushback.

Tried another FSDG airport this morning. Nairobi, same issue again. Now, I am aware that the GSX add-on is built-in in that AS A330's checklists and there is an option to use it, but I'd rather not use it, hence I resorted to UCGX, and got let down.

Here's the screenshots at  both FSDG Airports. First at Nairobi; second at Reunion. Chocks released, brakes released.

I used to have UCGX in the drop-down menu before I updated to the latest version 2.0. Now I don't have it. Any reasons why not?

Your DLL.xml probably became corrupt.

And try re-activating UGCX.

Cheers,

Okay, Bryan, followed your instructions. Uninstalled/Reactivated, still zilch(see screenshot)

Make a back up of your dll.xml first.

And where do I find that, please, Bryan?

Just now, byork said:

In the download zip, there's a Readme file with instructions on how to locate your dll.xml.

Cheers,

Thanks, will look into it now, as all I found was a P3D Export Log

Okay, Bryan, got the drop-down menu to display UCGX Add-on but am having to keep clicking that Add0ons Drop-down menu to click onto UCGX to proceed to each and every next step. Is there a way for the text to stay displayed rather than disappearing  till I Kill All Operations?

Pushback worked fine too.

Bryan, I am sorry, but I am beginning to get really fed-up with this UCGX Add-on after doing that dll.xml update, etc, etc

There I am sat, waiting for a pushback, brakes confirmed as being released and yet UCGX is flagging in red at the top left some silly nonsensical message about releasing Chocks when there are no Chocks to release as clearly seen in the screenshots. This is starting to wear patience thin now!!
