I wasn't complaining, I was making a statement based on what someone had said. I specifically stated I wasn't having a go at the game or the makers.

You can't remove the watermarks so either the footage was leaked by the studio or maybe 3rd party devs who might have alphas without watermarks.

I am an alpha tester for Star Citizen and unlike with MS I actually had to sign a real NDA and provide a scan of my passport. And there are 3000 of us now who did so. 

Everyone who has purchased SC is an Alpha tester, no passport required.

And Evocati leak all the time.
