Many of these bad review are about technical issues and not about the game as such. I personally prefer reviews by game and particularly flight sim magazines, and of all my own eyes.

Yes they are, but in order to focus on in-game experience you should not be dealing with technical issues imho. That is the disappointment for many.

Yes, that‘s very annoying and shouldn‘t be, I agree. Still, it doesn‘t say much about the game as such. I once had problems with RDR2 and spent a whole Sunday afternoon chatting with an incompetent support, but the game is great nonetheless.
