Yoke Pre-order questions

Recommended Posts

All I want to add is - guys be patient. I preordered 1st of december and got invited to purchase the yoke on february 8th. And guess what, the yoke arrived today and the first impressions are - I am blown away. So the pace of production seems slow right now, but you will get your yoke. Just gotta be patient. However I will admit that the wording in the E-Mail by Fulcrum is a bit off, because on february 8th it stated:"Your yoke purchase is now ready to be finalised as your yoke is in the final stages of production. Your yoke will be dispatched as it comes off the line and this will be no more than 5 working days and should be much sooner.Once shipped, they usually take 1-2 working days in the UK, 2-3 days to Europe, the USA and Canada and up to a week for the rest of the world." But I was prepared for the wait and it was so worth it.

Well I preordered on 4th December and got the invitation on 21st March. The Email said it should be ready in no more than 10 working days. Now let’s wait! ;)

I preordered in September of Last year, sent enquiry emails in November, and have never heard a thing. Sounds like I got overlooked somehow.

I did receive the email yesterday, and the yoke was ordered shortly thereafter.  Not sure what happened, but looking forward to receiving it.

Mhh is not positive that you do not know whether the order has been received or is already being processed. as an entrepreneur, you should actually be able to plan for the future to some extent.

nobody can do anything about the influences that the supplier companies have at the moment. but to make a statement as to whether it will be in a month or two at the earliest or even more, you should do it. if, for example, you send me information that the delivery will only happen in the 3rd or 4th quarter, i can decide whether i should wait or buy another product.

Kind regards

Edit - Today is the 11th working day since I placed the order - still waiting for the yoke to be dispatched…😴

Yeah, you're not alone - my order was the 8th March, just got to patiently wait and I am sure it will be worth it!

So, the 10 working days is more like 40-50 working days, based on Nubios’ experience…

Edit: I just realised that Nubios waited for 46 days while his invitation said 5 days, and my invitation said 10 days…

@Delta558, how about your invitation, is it 5 days or 10 days? And would you post an update when you get your yoke, please? That would help me and others speculating about the dates. Thanks!

I appreciate you are all anxious to get your yokes - it's worth the wait, believe me - and that this is the official support forum, however Chris runs a small operation and can't necessarily respond as fast as he'd like to. Have any of you tried the email address?

I fear bothering Chris with emails enquiring about the dates will take up his time and further slows down the production… Maybe it is better for us customers to help each other.
Like Virpil has an entire forum post of records posted by customers, tracking their date of purchase, products purchased, location, carrier, date of dispatch and delivery.

hi i am interested in how many employees does the company have? I fear the worst when you look at the waiting times here. it's a shame when you have a good product and sales don't keep up or there's almost no support. I hope everything will be fine and get well soon. wolfgang

I received my yoke today.  Ordered and paid for March 1st.  Shipping ticket printed on April 6th.  Then took a week to either be delivered to UPS or for UPS to pick it up.  Then UPS mis-directed it to another hub in England and notified me of the delay.  So 12 days to get to me here in Indiana, USA. It is a slow process, but it will arrive.   I will review when I get it set up.
