We all understand supply chain issues but the complete lack of timely comms to customers who have paid over money is inexcusable. Hi Terri, thank you for your feedback, I understand your reservation in placing an order with a company that has long delays like we have been doing.

When I started Fulcrum, I said I did not want to have delays in shipping, however, trying to launch a company during the first year of covid has taught me that it is far easier to say things than to do them.

We do have amazing products and still aim to get them on the shelf for immediate dispatch in the very near future.

Hi Chris, I started a business 35 years ago and learnt many things along the way. Most of my early customers are still with us today. Why I write this is just to say hang in there! You have great products. Personally I have found your communication very good. Clearly there have been some challenges recently but nevertheless please put me down for one of your trim wheels when they become available. I hope you take some time off for Christmas and New Year to be with friends and family.

I feel you are a sincere person and wants best for your customers and your company. 

Me too, I want nothing but buying your top products, but as said the quality has to come with service and without proper communications and delivery date agreement, there is no purchase.

Please understand and accept my apologies that I had to file a complaint at PayPal just now, for due to their change of refund policy on buyers protection on 27 Nov, 2022, not to compensate for costs made for supply, customs clearance and VAT in country of delivery. Once you send your acceptance of order email, I am to pay for those extra costs without receiving the Yoke, after I cancelled the order and get refunded.

I really wish you and your staff a Merry Christmas and your business to grow.

And not to have to always apology for incompliance due to delivery problems and spending time on non productive issues.

Therefore, before I do cancel the order, please confirm to me by email to me in person, that I do will receive a shipping number by tomorrow, as I understand the Yokes are packed and ready to be dispatched to date 23 Sept, 2022

Thank you very much. I got an email. Thank you for keeping your promise. I want to thank you for your efforts. In fact, it may sound selfish, but Koreans have a quick, quick culture. I am sensitive to even small delays. I'm really sorry. When I receive the product, I will sincerely share the product review. Honestly, from the bottom of my heart, I'm grateful that I can finally enjoy FS with fulcrum yoke. XD

Thanks Chris,

I received your email confirmation and the FedEx tracking code. When custom clearance won't hold up shipment, expected time of delivery will be 12/30/2022.

I will print a nice photo of the One Yoke to sit under the Christmas tree, to make me feel good.

Hope now you're getting the yokes  dispatched, you'll feel better too.

When received and up and flying, I will respond here on the Avsim forum.

For now and coming days, Merry Christmas and a Happy NewYear!

Hello, the label was created last week and I received the tracking number. There is no update yet, so leave a comment:). I'm curious if it ships today, so I'm leaving a comment!!! Thank you XD

Yoke dispatch update on 12/29/2022

FedEx Label created 12/23/2022 and trackingcode received by email from Fulcrum. 
Expected delivery date to customer 12/30/2022 by FedEx.
Tracking the number on 12/29/2022 results in the following: Label created 12/23/2022 ; Package not yet received by FedEx on 12/29/2022
Seems there has not yet been made a dispatch to FedEx by Fulcrum as expected. 
Unfortunately creating a label and tracking number does not necessarily mean the expected delivery date will be met.
I know Chris, you are working around the clock to assemble and pack the yokes.
Can you please tell me, how far down the queue my yoke is set for assembly and ready packed for handing over to FedEx, and how many yokes Fulcrum can handle per day? 
This really would give us a better indication on delivery expectancy.
I may wish you just don't put my yoke at the end of the queue because I am being too critical?

No, I cannot imagine Chris would do that, but I can imagine he could be frustrated by my persistance to ask for proper delivery facts. For sure I believed that, upon receiving the email confirmation and the FedEx tracking number, I would see my order to be on its way. I paid for my Yoke mid October, good for cashflow. What's in it for me?

I've already chosen to give it a try. I am patient and still trying to pursuade Fulcrum to be clear in their communications towards us customers. That's all I ask for. He could have mentioned that a tracking code number does not mean the order will be shipped. I hope for Chris this batch is very large and hope for myself that my order number #2800 is at least shipping by FedEx before 12/31/2022

October, and you received a tracking number? Good to know, I placed my order in mid September, got no information yet.

Update 03 January 2023
Finally my Fulcrum One Yoke delivered by FedEx this morning after waiting (im)patiently since ordering Okt 15th 2022.

For a flightsimmer so hard to endure!

But, like so many of us who finally received the One Yoke, it was well worth this long wait.

Chris, thanks, you kept your promise!
Although I really hope your logistic problems will be over soon, getting shelf ready stock in place. Pre-ordering might seem ok, but not really justified related to the long unknown delivery times. It might put off many prospects. Besides being paid upfront allows for investing in proper logistics and communications.
The quality of Fulcrum Simulator Controls and service are well known by now.
Anyway, me too, I have a big smile on my face after unpacking. The touch and looks of the Yoke are wonderful.
I still will have to set up my new flightsim rig and install the yoke. After getting used to simming again I will give my further review here. Hope all others are receiving their yokes by now soon as well. Best Wishes for 2023!

I ordered back in late August. Bit disappointing that orders are not processed based on date. I wonder how many other people have their

yokes who ordered recently. It does appear those that squeal the loudest get preference.

I don't mind waiting - the lack of information/updates, especially for out-of-order dispatching is what worries me.

Wasn't the order information lost for some reason, didn't I get the e-mail, was it sent already, is it stuck in customs and I do not know anything about it?
