August 25, 20205 yr I had trackir5 for fsx for a bit before moving on to a full cockpit build..before moving on to VR. However, I didn't want to miss out on all the fun waiting for September or whenever msfs is releasing the VR version. So, I dug my trackir 5 out of storage. Anyway I got it working and tried a couple flights. Well, it is now back in storage because it turns out that msfs2020 or any kind of flying is no longer fun without VR. If you haven't experienced VR flying then you won't understand this...if you have then I know you have a smile on your face in anticipation of the VR release. 🙂 Edited August 25, 20205 yr by Aceman2020

How do you associate the profile with the title? (MSFS) Just updated TrackIR game list, and MSFS is listed as MS Flight Simulator 2020. Which appears under “Title” (top left of TIR software) after I launch MSFS. Not sure if I need to do anything else. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

I believe someone mentioned that the title was actually Flight Simulator 2020 ASUS ROG Maximus Hero XII ▪︎ Intel i9-10900K ▪︎ NVIDIA RTX 3090 FE ▪︎ 64GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro ▪︎ Windows 10 Pro (21H1) ▪︎ Samsung 970 EVO Pro 1TB NVME SSD (OS Drive) ▪︎ Samsung 860 EVO 2TB SATA SSD ▪︎ Seagate 4TB SATA HDD ▪︎ Corsair RMx 850W PSU

If you didn't make any custom profiles in TrackIR you don't need to do anything extra. Only if you made and saved a custom profile that you want to use with MSFS, you need to go to "Title" list, find "Flight Simulator 2020" and at the left of the row click on the "default" and there will be pull down menu showing all the custom profiles you saved, select the one that you want to associate with MSFS and done. 9950X3D / 64GB / RTX5090 / Pimax Crystal Light / Win11

Thanks! I had chosen "exclusive" for the profile, that's why it didn't show up in the titles list. Btw, and it probably doesn't matter, but MSFS is listed as MS Flight Simulator 2020. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
