August 22, 20205 yr All other aircraft are fine, it's just the Baron, cannot keep it in a straight line. It feels's like it is corrupted. Am using a CH yoke with sensitives about 70%. Have calibrated it in windows. Anyone else having this problem?
August 22, 20205 yr It's working fine for me, I think whats happening for a few people is that the program is assigning functions to various perpherals erroneously, and they are causing problems and those bindings have to be removed manually I think you might have to go through all of those settings and see
August 22, 20205 yr Author Thanks but I have done that. Searched all for elevator and aileron axis, only consigned to my yoke.
August 22, 20205 yr The twin or the single? I'm flying the single ok with CH yoke and homemade pedals. Gosh I'm missing A2A V-tail though - really, really, really hope they port it over to MSFS. Climbs, speeds, visibility, steam gauges. Sigh....
August 22, 20205 yr Author peppy197, you are a lifesaver. Many many thanks. I would like to know the differences between the flight models. For me it was like chalk and cheese. It's flying beautifully now. RobF2, agree. We need more steam gauges.
August 22, 20205 yr I second Peppy’s suggestion. The ‘Legacy’ flight model produced touchy flight dynamics. Like balancing an egg on a knife. ‘Modern’ flight model works nicely for me.
August 22, 20205 yr Some other player from another forum (https://forums.flightsimulator.com/c/guides/165) told me about "modern" I am just passing the buck down the line, check it out there are lots of guides and suggestions there, and here at AVSIM under the Tips and Tricks section at the beginning of this forum Edited August 22, 20205 yr by peppy197
August 22, 20205 yr The legacy flight model only exists for if someone properly ports an old P3D plane over to the sim. The new planes are not designed for it so never try to use it. Edited August 22, 20205 yr by bonchie
September 24, 20205 yr It will not stall. Idle power, full up elevator. Hey, it’s not an Ercoupe but come on. Is it me or what?
