PNG - first freeware placing autogen objects

Featured Replies

First freeware for PNG 👏 made placing autogen objects and modiyfing terrain. It looks good from the screenshots.

A good news ! I had opened Blender for the first time yesterday and imported a PNG house I made  a couple of years ago in Sketchup . There maybe no need for that. The autogen is rather realistic even if it is not as quaint as Orbx wonderful huts.

A not so good news from another thread is that Wanema,  the hub for West Papua is missing. Wanema approach is dangerous and there are regularly 737 accidents. I checked with Bing, the area is under the clouds...

Very nice looking according to the screen shots. Its totally nested away. Would make for a good challenge one day.

Awesome that people start doing freeware. We don't have a list do we?

Awesome, thanks for sharing!

I went to all of the PNG strips that Orbx did and they're actually somewhat accurate in MSFS, though they really need this kind of touch to improve them. Hopefully if Orbx doesn't take this on some more creative folks can tart them up!

Here's what some of them look like: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuhNl1CjoODTxhxQugbUaNg/playlists

yes i hope orbx does a revisit of these bush fields.

i think there might be a market for bushpackages, slightly spruced up fields, all over the world.

Some of the default buildings are ok and not bad, but some of the bigger default airport buildings are near FSX quality unfortunately. I haven't looked at the default library yet, so not sure, but there is still going to be a pretty big need to import custom objects I think.
