Actually it doesn't matter if live weather is accurate or no. MSFS WX radar reads exactly what you see from cockpit window. Which in my opinion is a big plus for 3rd party developers. Now, for some reason actual WX radar is not accessible in TBM only nexard, which is not physical radar. Many airplanes like G36 don't have WX radar on board but you can still access it in G1000 menu. In contrast, King Air doesn't have physical WX radar but it's not accessible at all. At least I couldn't figure out how to acmes it By the war realistically so called "nexard" should have had lag around 15 minute as data collected from satellites, composed and then stream to airplanes.Those kind of radars considered for situation awareness but not sufficient like physical radar produce immediate snapshot of current weather Life time flight sim enthusiast, current airplane owner 172P (past C182F).
