I actually find England controlled at most times, The england division is one of the most active ones. Germany too, if you fly over there. Been flying over France too and quite friendly controllers there as well.
November 3, 20205 yr There is staffing all over the world. Your best bet is evenings and weekends local time for ATC. Also check out the events at vats.im/events where you will have a guarantee of service during the posted times. Matt Bartels
