THIS illustrates perfectly why a simple METAR injector can never compare to Live Weather when it is working well.

When it's working well...yes.

As Maxis says, did it rain?

The really fascinating thing and what is really illustrated, is that we have an aircraft not tied down (does not happen even in a light storm) and with lights on (why?) enduring this horrific hurricane/cyclone/tempest etc, I noted no aircraft rocking or movement in cyclonic winds, Nobody appeared to go near the aircraft but the lights are still burning brightly 2(?) days later.

So no wind but the clouds, cloud movement, lighting and the video absolutely outstanding.

Having lived through 3 cyclones now, I must say that this was far from actual realism, but still fascinating to watch and very well done.

What happened at 0:48?

And, was there no Tornado or anything at the ground during this event?

But yeah, the clouds look nice!

I believe that was when the eye wall was passing right over the city. I don’t think the live weather knew what to do when it happened.

I’m here in New Orleans and this particular storm moved pretty fast through the area yesterday. It didn’t rain as much but it was very very very windy.
