November 2, 20205 yr As title - I'm running the latest patch and Hotfix and the latest version of the A320NX. In the A320NX the ISIS is not working. Can any other pilot please point me in the right direction to getting this rather essential piece of kit operating. Thanks.
November 2, 20205 yr Are you remembering to turn the brightness up (on the left hand side of the ISIS panel)?

November 2, 20205 yr Author Negative. It's INOP. I grabbed 4.1 yesterday. I also noticed a couple of other things aren't annunciated - like; ALIGN doesn't illuminate above IRS when you turn them to NAV. They still align though. You running Stable or Developer? I'm running Developer. Edited November 2, 20205 yr by Will Fly For Cheese
November 2, 20205 yr At v4.1 it is most definitely evolving, and like any project, occasionally things that used to work do not. I however, am very much looking forward to this in a few months time. The level of dedicated support, development and quest for authenticity is mind-blowing. I am using Airbus standard SOPs and manage to get my aircraft from the departure gate to the arrival gate without fail. Each update brings more and more systems on line. Together with the Navigraph Navdata, it is definitely eminently usable. Obviously accurately authentic FBW with Normal, Alternate and Direct Law implementation are the primary goal. Then, as the support ecosystem grows, systems depth increases, ACARS with performance comes on line and CPDLC goes active... it may well force a shift in the paradigm... That's not to say that there isn't room for commercial enterprise... just that there will be options and much higher acceptable levels required... and as a consumer that is a very good thing. Again, the spirit of community MSFS has fostered, could very well become its single greatest strength. I hope Asobo is reading this, and that they can correctly communicate to the bean counters at MS, that this is a VERY GOOD THING for their comprehensive bottom line! BZ to the entire FBW team! November 2, 20205 yr ISIS appears to work perfectly for me - though I'm using the Developer build (which I update frequently). My advice is to grab the Developer downloader tool and use that to keep up-to-date. The mod is a combined effort and features get tweaked almost on an hourly basis. Typically, the last "stable" version is fairly outdated. There's no harm in running the Developer version - I've yet to have it crash my system. Adam.
November 2, 20205 yr Personally I'm delighted that ISIS doesn't work on any aircraft I'm flying on... ...is that my taxi? And you've brought my coat too, how generous of you... i7-10700K; RTX 2070 Super; 16GB; P3Dv4.5HF3 & MSFS2020.

If you use "UWA’s lighting mod", the ISIS will not work, it is not compatible. I have already asked this question. The author says his mod is only compatible with airplanes by default.
