I chose the Canadasim version and it has the best building textures IMO, but doesn't have winter ground textures.

Arguably, the FSimStudios' one is the best of the three available options due to the all-season usability.

Edit: Ha! I see that even MFSG created a version...
Turns out that Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is just as popular with developers as Tenerife!

@F737NG  Thanks for the reply.  Is the FSimstudios one compatible with V5?  I couldn't find much in terms of pictures of the Canadsim version.

Canadasim has *lots* of pictures of CYTZ over on Simmarket. It was a one-off scenery by an aspiring pilot, so there's no follow-up.
It also does need some work using Airport Design Editor to exclude the default buildings.

I don't know about FSimStudios' version, unfortunately. Worth asking them on their Facebook page or emailing them directly if no-one else has an answer on here.

I highly recommend the SimAddons version, also v5 compatible.

Wanted to circle back around on Toronto City YTZ.  What's everybody using?  Is SimAddons the only one working in V5?

I have SimAddons version for P3Dv5 and it’s very good. Also, Ralph offers top notch support.

Bought Skyline CYTZ just the other day. Seems to work without any problems in v5.3 HF2.

Will take a proper look at the scenery and share some pics this evening.

I've been using the entire SimAddons scenery packs since the days of FSX...admittedly, the buildings are somewhat dated in P3D v5, but, the sceneries all work well with good lighting and several with sloped runways.

Can't comment on the Skyline Simulations one...although I bought their KCVG a few years back...never again will I support this developer.

I really enjoy flying the Majestic Q400 into/out of CYTZ...I've been looking at the Fsimstudios as a possible upgrade (only because the SimAddons looks dated) and I like their CYVR and CYLW versions better than SimAddons (albeit, without the sloped runways).

So I bought the Skyline.  Right now I would say that the Simaddons city scenery is better.  But the Skyline airport itself seems more modern.  Only negative with the skyline airport is the DL is a huge frame hit.  Even with a 3090.  So if we could blend the best of both, that would be a dream!

Yes.
VRR and a G-Sync compatible monitor make this bearable during take-offs and approaches, however, Toronto still ends up being one of the worst places performance-wise to fly in P3D.
(Though to be fair, I'm running 100 AI aircraft and FT's CYYZ at the same time).

Daytime is a lot better.

I agree that Toronto can be tough.  Though in my experience I've found YYZ tough, but the city area not as bad.  The dynamic lighting for is only a hit when the aircraft is immediately at the gate area and fully under the cast of the lights.  Otherwise I don't have an issue.  I have a few other airports like this where developers have non optimized fx files for the DL.  In many cases inibuilds issued replacement lights that completely fixed the problem.  

the other aspect missing in skyline scenery is the centerline lighting on 08, TDZ approach lighting, and the fact the other runway is now closed.  How hard is it to manually add centerline and approach lighting?
