almost installed X-Plane again

Curiously, I haven’t considered reinstalling X-Plane 11. I have it, but I was too invested in P3Dv4 to start with XP11 and again getting into another rabbit hole... I had and loved X-Plane 5, mainly for the flight model compared to FS2000/2004, whichever it was back then.

Reason #1 why I never upgraded to V5...!!!

So tired of the "Dance" and getting everything working nice together!

P3Dv4.5... Spent days last time eliminating duplicate AFCAD files that caused a ton of problems in too many locations not to mention adding my own custom AI flight plans and custom skins!

I never uninstalled P3Dv4. Have too much invested in it and I like my a2a aircraft and GTN750 too much to give it up. Also I am still able to use P3Dv4 and fly with my friends using MSFS2020 with JoinFS.

I hate to say it, but that is what I love about this hobby also a little bit, tweaking, trying, installing......

True but some of us here have other things in life like work or family and hence not that much time flexibility in tweaking. this is what I love MSFS for, start go fly.
