My biggest problem with them is that there is "No Refunds Policy" and even you try to sort it out reading any reviews you have to be very careful, I noticed people giving honest reviews and right away there is a conflict of interest when the "publisher" answers back and tries to imply somehow that the customer is wrong.

As an example a verified customer gave a evaluation that the developer did not like and right away they answered:

"AMAZING, MY SIMULATOR IMPROVED THE PHYSICS A LOT, THIS IS MORE REAL THAN BEFORE!
I highly recommend this addon!"

So, yes, rightfully so I can see why customers stay shy of SimMarket.

well

if you look you will see that for this particular addon there are 2 reviews

1 - is clearly show:  *Verified Product User*   in red

the one below is not declared to be from a verified product user - basically anybody can post a review without even having the addon

is up to the buyer to check this out; having said that; i strongly believe reviews of products should only be done by those who actually own it; although review of products require experience.

So if you pay close attention regarding the second statement that "is not declared to be from a verified product user", the person "highly recommending" the addon is somehow involved with the publisher and his name is under beta tester or whatever stands for CREW/CREDITS.

i will surely look at that; if have to buy that addon

So his $8 addon lowers the input sensitivity, and then he calls it "Better physics" LOL.

The 5 star review was actually posted before the 2 star. Check the timestamps. Not judging your statements, just pointing out a fact. I totally agree the positive comment looks suspect.
