There is at least one out there already, but this developer is supposed to be releasing another one which seems very basic and  user friendly, which is what I am looking for 

Ok so FCR (Flight Control Replay) which is the tool announced in the OP, is the one that looks most promising to me. However, I find the communication around the release to be a bit strange. It's basically been delayed several times now, and it should have been release within a week by the words of the dev, but it's been over a week now. 

At present Fabio has said he has delivered the v4.5 RTM build to simmarket and they now will post this sometime this week...it looks like a great product and I appreciate his enthusiasm and desire to "get it right" but you are correct about the many delays.  So it should be any day now :0  although I've heard simmarket has a habit of taking THEIR time so really God only knows...and he might not be too sure either.
