I just finished my test flight UUDD - LTAI (about 3 o'clock) with all of my addons (include Flight Crew A320) and... no crashes! Before flight I removed simconnect.cfg from FS2Crew A320 folder as you advised. And just and case I removed the same file from FS2Crew Pushback Express folder))) So I hope this problem is in the past)) Thanks!

Try the .Net repair tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135 2. Ensure "Simconnect.cfg" is not in your Flight Crew A320 folder. If it's there, delete it. 3. Try a different route / remove your community folder to isolate. There are some unstable 3rd party sceneries out there causing crashes. B.
