December 21, 20205 yr Hello, I am gettind CTD usign Flight Crew with MSFS2020 and A32NX. Only them, as I had some ideas what was the cause of it, so I tested sim only with these addons enabled: CTD message CTD Text: Spoiler See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xC000014B): Exception from HRESULT: 0xC000014B at System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ThrowExceptionForHRInternal(Int32 errorCode, IntPtr errorInfo) at Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect.SimConnect.ReceiveDispatch(SignalProcDelegate pfcnSignal) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam) ************** Loaded Assemblies ************** mscorlib Assembly Version: 4.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 4.8.4300.0 built by: NET48REL1LAST_C CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework64/v4.0.30319/mscorlib.dll ---------------------------------------- Flight Crew A320_x64 Assembly Version: 1.2.0.0 Win32 Version: 1.2.0.0 CodeBase: file:///E:/flight%20crew%20320/Flight%20Crew%20A320_x64.exe ---------------------------------------- System.Windows.Forms Assembly Version: 4.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 4.8.4270.0 built by: NET48REL1LAST_C CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.Net/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Windows.Forms/v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089/System.Windows.Forms.dll ---------------------------------------- System Assembly Version: 4.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 4.8.4300.0 built by: NET48REL1LAST_C CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.Net/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System/v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089/System.dll ---------------------------------------- System.Drawing Assembly Version: 4.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 4.8.4084.0 built by: NET48REL1 CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.Net/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Drawing/v4.0_4.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a/System.Drawing.dll ---------------------------------------- System.Configuration Assembly Version: 4.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 4.8.4190.0 built by: NET48REL1LAST_B CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.Net/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Configuration/v4.0_4.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a/System.Configuration.dll ---------------------------------------- System.Core Assembly Version: 4.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 4.8.4300.0 built by: NET48REL1LAST_C CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.Net/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Core/v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089/System.Core.dll ---------------------------------------- System.Xml Assembly Version: 4.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 4.8.4084.0 built by: NET48REL1 CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.Net/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Xml/v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089/System.Xml.dll ---------------------------------------- Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect Assembly Version: 11.0.62651.3 Win32 Version: CodeBase: file:///E:/flight%20crew%20320/Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect.DLL ---------------------------------------- irrKlang.NET4 Assembly Version: 1.0.6617.18847 Win32 Version: CodeBase: file:///E:/flight%20crew%20320/irrKlang.NET4.DLL ---------------------------------------- ************** JIT Debugging ************** To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this application or computer (machine.config) must have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section. I know, that it caused by Net Framework, so I did, what was written in this topic: Plus I checked Net Framework in Windows 10 and restore it's files, then updated to lates version. In normal OPS from A to B it seems, that everything is fine, at leaste I did a couple of flights without CTD. But if you Go Around, CTD happense after a random time, even if you don't currently goint through any checklists. 3 flight - all CTD with NET Framework. As I run out of ideas how to fix it, so writing to this forum for advices.
December 21, 20205 yr Commercial Member Please see this thread: Run the .NET repair tool. The link is in that thread. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
December 21, 20205 yr Commercial Member Try in a different scenery area. No one else has reported issues with Go Arounds, so unless you can give me some something I can easily reproduce, it's very difficult. Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
December 21, 20205 yr Author Well, I had it in UHHH-UHSS flight today. Default scenery. Later I had it in URSS-URRP flight, caught it on stream - https://youtu.be/AeVx0a4E3zI?t=6613 I will try to fly the UHHH-UHSS route and make a Go Around again later, but for now I am sure it's Flight Crew causeing CTD. Maybe Go Around it isn't trigger of it.

January 2, 20215 yr Hi byork, exactly the same is happening to me. Everytime I fly with FSCrew A320 longer than 1:30h. Its independent from destination, high or phase of flight. Had it while cruising from Teneriffe to Frankfurt, cruising from Helsinki to Frankfurt and on the final approach to Frankfurt. As soon as I turn of FS Crew everything works fine.
January 2, 20215 yr Commercial Member But FS2Crew is an external app. It doesn't operate inside the MSFS process. It can't cause MSFS to crash because it's external... it's only connected via Simconnect. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
January 3, 20215 yr I have a very similar problem as well. The sim crashes randomly while using Pushback Express and Flight Crew A320. The last two times I had a ctd when releasing the parking brake during pushback but it also happed while making an cabin announcement etc. The sim and both apps crashed at the same time showing a "HRESULT: 0xC000014B" error. I reinstalled both apps and ran the .NET repair tool but nothing helped. Thanks in advance. Cheers, Ryan
January 3, 20215 yr Commercial Member PBE and Flight Crew A320 are external apps. They are not inside the MSFS process. They exist outside of MSFS, and they talk though Simconnect. Try clearing out your Mods folder.... then try a clean re-install of MSFS. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
January 3, 20215 yr Hello byork, thanks for your reply. I fully understand that these are external apps which communicate through simmconnect. But after some googling I found out that the "HRESULT: 0xC000014B" error seems to be a problem in the communication between the sim and external apps using simconnect (broken pipe). And following my observations the crashes are triggered after an interaction with PBE and FC for example playing a cabin announcement or starting the pushback procedure. Couldn't it be possible that something in the communication process between the apps and the sim trough simmconnect could lead to the ctd's? Maybe a faulty simconnect install or something on the simulators end? (If I remember correctly the problem began after the latest update od the sim) Or is it absolutely impossible and the sim crashed due to different reason causing the apps crashing as well? Cheers, Ryan
January 3, 20215 yr Commercial Member It could be possible that Simconnect glitched on your computer... or maybe MSFS just glitched. There are a 1000 possible things that can cause MSFS to throw a fit. I read about them daily on the forums about users having various problems with MSFS, but for me it's weird because I never have issues with MSFS. But the cabin announcement has no connection to Simconnect. It's just pure audio, and the audio is separate from the sim. I would start by removing your Mods as test... try at a default airport. Also try running the stock ATC pushback system. We've had reports of certain gate locations in 3rd party scenery have bugs which can produce a crash even when not using Pushback Express express. B. January 8, 20215 yr Hi! I have the same problem... After latest MSFS's upd I get CTD because of (I think so) FS2Crew every flight (HRESULT: 0xC000014B). Primarily I checked Community and other addons, but finally I reinstall Win 10 and reinstall MSFS (oh my God, it wasn't fast =))) ) Usually I use 4 addons: A Pilot's Life (needs to fsuipc 7) PACX (needs to fsuipc 7)Flight Crew A320 MSFS FS2Crew Pushback ExpressAnd I have crashes ONLY while I using Flight Crew A320 MSFS.
