December 23, 20205 yr PMDG base package which I have had for many years, based package 800 and 900 series,said activation denied, too many times trying to activate. I have had the product since 2011, and of course now I am on a new computer. I went through the process of generating an authentication code which was fine, then proceed to download the product into FSX, final step was to activate and then I recieived the message, activation denied, too many times trying to activate. How do I get this fixed ? I also have the PMDG 600-700 as well . I had no problem downloading and installing my other products from PMDG 777 series along with the 747-400 as well. December 24, 20205 yr Author I must be missing something, its amazing what happens when u are away for almost a year from simming. First of all obviously i can get into my PMDG for my downloads, I also have myself on the PMDG forum So what am I missing here, where do I go from the PMDG portal to set up a ticket ? Not trying to be funny, this is like CIA, Its probably very obvious, can somebody else give me another hint, or suggestion ? I just want to get this activation that was denied with the 737-800-900 series back up in the air.
