Annoying DA62 flashing Cockpit...any fix?

My son came across this issue , also only affecting the DA62. He has a PC that just barely makes the minimum hardware spec on paper but otherwise runs the sim rather well. What GPU are you using?

Not such a great loss, the DA62 is not a great aircraft to fly, even with the mod. Visibility out the cockpit is not great at all.

That is until you use it in VR. There it is quite nice.

The camera shake disable thing is a good tip to get you going for now, but it is a workaround rather than a fix, and you should be able to use camera shake if you want.

I would really love to know why this happens to some people and not others, and what amount of bank angle stops it happening. I have never seen it on my version, but I tend to change the default view in each plane immediately the first time I fly it, as all of the default views seem a little too low for me; I like to see over the nose a little! 🙂

Maybe changing the default view by just a little would stop it happening. By watching the video over and over, it seems to be trying to switch to the copilots position for some reason.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

interesting I have just started getting this with the Cessna Longitude at takeoff and approaches. I am going to check if camera shake fixes my issue as well.

Kind regards,

What specifically are you talking about? I find the DA62 + the mod + the WT 1000 + the various livery packs available on flightsim.to an excellent plane to fly.

You can set up 10 views quickly, including views with great visibility.
