If some MSFS users have CTDs and others don't, how can the problem be MSFS per se? Answer: it can't. I have considerably sympathy for those experiencing constant CTDs, but the solution has to center on those systems having problems. Focusing the sim itself may help to vent anger, but it cannot lead to a solution.

Well I read several posts on the MSFS forum where folks from Asobo admitted that they are working on the CTD problem. But what do they know????

Or the problem could be that the program does not take into effect all the different hardware/Driver issues.

My point is: not everybody has these problems (CTDs and others). If the problem resides in MSFS itself, how can this be? I await a rational explanation. No hurry; I am a patient man.

Been working on software with very complex and expensive simulators that cost in the millions of dollars per unit. You can have a software program that works fine on one system, and put it on another system and glitches develop.  Could be add ons running, different control setups, streaming connections, etc. etc. To say that FS2020 runs OK on the majority of systems, so it must be devoid of problems, is ridiculous. Asobo knows that and that is why they are working on this issue.

"Could be add ons running, different control setups, streaming connections, etc. etc."  This is precisely my point -- that there must be local issues causing the problem. I agree that for anyone to say that if FS2020 runs well on most systems it must be devoid of problems, would be ridiculous. But neither I nor anyone else as far as I know, has ever said that, or anything close to it.
