The Legacy could be put down on a runway in P3D/FSX with a stiff crosswind. Maybe one day developers will figure out how to make this happen in MSFS. Totally agree. They're aircraft were the best.....Really miss flying them.

March 11, 20215 yr Happy to see this topic. I thought my Rudder Pedals were faulty originally! Last night I tried a flight from RAF Valley in the (modded) default Longtitude using "live weather" (I was looking for some strong crosswinds to record a landing for my YouTube channel). I had the same experience as you. It didn't feel like the crosswind was causing the problem - the aircraft just slid (like on ice) sideways off the runway edge. No amount of rudder or aileron helped. It happens frequently in any weather. Add this to the feeling that your aircraft is flying in a vacuum and it's another nail in the coffin for FS2020 immersion. I find "flying" in FS2020 quite stressful due to the odd behaviour of most of the aircraft. Real flying is much more relaxing :) Cheers Adam Chillblast Core i5 14600KF Liquid Cooled RTX 4070 SUPER 32GB RAM. Internet: 1 Gig Fibre. HoneyComb Throttle & Flight System.
