I am currently getting stutters around Hobart but will get it as soon as that part of the world is flyable for me again. Try reinstalling or updating your video card drivers. I find it triggers the cache to rebuild and makes it all smooth again for a few months. After instaling youll need to switch between high-end or ultra to help it load the PBR layers properly, but its a good fix for 'smoothness'. These are bugs that still exist in the sim and I suspect are hard for Asobo to find because everyones hardware setup is different. It really goes without saying also these days all of this should atleast be running on an SSD or NVMe drive. This helps with the IO speeds needed to load in and out of memory the assets in large sceneries. Dailing down the render scaler can have great effect escpecailly if you maxing out your video card memory. Other stuff like discord which uses up a lot of CPU, using two monitors with the sim (maps and waether panels on second monitor) all drop frames. Stutters are CPU and video memory swapping in and out usually around LOD load in and out with large memory objects. We have taken care in Hobart and cambridge to stagger the load out and keep it well away from when youre coming in on final.
