Ah yes, they addressed the issues that they created in prior updates in the updates... Great job Asobo.

Reminds of some coworkers I have had who make a bunch of dumb decisions, create a giant problem, solve the problem, and get all kinds of accolades because people somehow forgot that the problem was their creation in the first place...

Hey I worked there! Except I had to find a solution ...

I give up trying to fly in the UK.  I flew all over Belgium and France since the update and prior to the over a dozen flights on the West Coast of the US.  Zero Problems. . I decided to try once more to fly into the UK, and on approach to EGHI just now from LFRK , a CTD.. That's it, I am done with the UK,

It's the LOD. It weighs on the main thread just like all the rest of the sim, so you can have an RTX 3090 at 1920x1080 and you will experience stutters anyway.

With LOD 100 it's much smoother, obviously the compromise is flat terrain with no 3D objects in the distance.

FYI I'm at 3840x1600 resolution. Out of curiosity I'm going to try the flight again with a fresh restart and see if there is any difference.
