How to Disable Auto Ending Flights During Engine Shutdown?

Featured Replies

Is there any option as of yet to stop the fight from switching screens away from the cockpit view when it automatically ends your fight during the engine shut down process?

I know you can click to get back to the cockpit again, but I find this irritating and am wondering if there's a way we can stop it from always interrupting the engine shutdowns?

Not that I know one but here is a corresponding topic for the next Q&A plus related wishlist entry

I already voted, I agree it's an annoying feature.

Kind regards, Michael

Agreed, bizarre at best.  I think this was like the third Wishlist item that came up only a few days after release.

Assign a button / key to "Avionics Master 1 on" and use that button / key to turn on the Avionics even if such a switch does not exist in the actual aircraft. MSFS will think the avionics are still on so it will not come up with logbook window when you just shutdown the engines.

This works fine for me for the FBW A320 and the Aerosoft CRJ.

Interesting...so if I assigned a button on my Honeycomb throttle and just left that on all the time it stops this from happening in the FBW 320?  I get the logbook popup as soon as I cutoff the fuel and spool-down starts in the FBW which is quite annoying.
