Flybywire A320 ?

Featured Replies

Today i installed the Developer mode Version of the FBW A320  ( c4918cd )  to do a flight because a couple of time now i did none, so i tought to install a new version.

But after start i did not get the AP to on/work it won`t stay on so i restarted the flight and same thing happend again.

I closed MSFS started new set all stuff, and at start the same thing 😌

After i closed MSFS once more i installed the Experimentel Version and this one worked fine.

So what happens with the Developer, i tought we should install the Dev. mode version and i did first, but the AP does not keep to on, so only a bad Verson or what happens ??

Can i find any help , i didn`t looked at their discord for that, tought i asking here in the Forum..

cheers 😉

The experimental is way behind the development version.

Did you use our installer to install the dev version?

Another thing you can do is to manually go into your community folder and delete the a320nx there. Then do a reinstall from the installer.

I will try - Thanks !

I had this problem 2 days ago and thought there was a problem with the A32NX development version. I submitted an issue to the team on github and after several exchanges with a team member and me and another pilot having the same problem, I found that I was wrong.

It was me who did not follow all the flight info in the PFD and FMA. In fact, if the AP does no stay ON, it is because the plane is not far from a stall and enters in a protection mode.
To exit this, you need to make the plane descend or lower the climb vertical speed in order to exit the protection mode and normally the AP should work again.

And the development version is ok, no problem on this one. It seems that this behaviour has been refined by the FBW team and now it is more accurate and better reproduce the real aircraft behaviour in this situation.

I've also a issue with this aircraft. When I use it, the temp of my cpu is going very high (to 90 celcius) and it happens only with the flybyware A320. So, I can't really use it 🙂

Thank you i will give a try to look at this.

I didn't filled out the apporach page from the CDU as i allways do this short before landing.

Hope this isn't the problem, i look into it again.

The only thing about it could be my climb rate after start maybe this was a bit strong before i pusht the AP to on.
