July 17, 20214 yr I was reading an online article yesterday concerning a Chinese manufactured drone, with a wingspan of 4.5 meters and a capacity to carry 150 kilos of cargo and top speed of 170kmh found being used for drug smuggling into Spain. It occurred to me that this might be a great new aircraft for MSFS especially with the XBox version coming soon with an accent on spy in the sky operations as opposed to drug smuggling perhaps. They (only) cost between €30,000 and €150,000 and from the few spy in the sky videos I have seen seem to be operated by folk using something very similar to a games hotas. With the great scenery in MSFS this could be quite fun? AMD Ryzen 7 5800X on ROG CROSSHAIR VIIl DARK HERO (AM4), Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3080 V2 OC and 32 GB Vengeance Pro Ram 3600MHz. July 17, 20214 yr Large, drug-smuggling drone for the Xbox version? Yeah, I can see Asobo being all over that one....

Quite but as I said in the original post, "with an accent on spy in the sky operations as opposed to drug smuggling". Drones are used for other purposes, police, agriculture, rescue, along with the military of course. July 17, 20214 yr Its a cool idea. Missions could be created. In multiplayer one side could be smugglers while other side could be Coast Guard trying to intercept. I saw RW video of a the USCG downing a GA twin that was flying low and packed full of blocks.
