I updated yesterday and am running into issues.  Can someone point me in the right direction on how to remove the update then reinstall it if that is possible?  Or, is there a way to just reinstall over the version from yesterday?  Thanks

Windows —> settings —> Apps. Search for MSFS. Then try first repair. If that fails try reset. The latter will trigger a reinstall though

I completed a reset (repair) a couple of weeks ago and it did not solve issues I had been experiencing.  I am uninstalled for the time being until the hotfix dust settles. I am finding left over files and folders and concerned about orphan registry entries.  Microsoft Store version.  I wish to perform a virgin fresh installation into a folder patch much shorter than the Microsoft Store's chosen location.  I have searched but still not found a primer for removing fragments.....

Goto add remove programs uninstall flight sim then when ready run store reinstall and browse the sim install to the directory you want. Community folder will be in that new folder you create too not that long path on c drive.

Thank you for you response. What you suggest is not a fresh virgin install.  Recall my previous post stated I wished to remove all MSFS traces first before a fresh virgin install.  Traces include some empty folders, possible items left in appdata, and all residual MSFS-related traces in Windows registry. Looking for any experience-driven advise from members who may have made those determinations.
