You have been advised to check on several things. You have not reported back on what you did so difficult to go further.

Two additional remarks :

- most of us here have PC and are not so familiar with consoles and controllers  

- there is no reason to be ‘desesperate’, flight simulation has a learning curve and everything will progressively comes to make sense.

As I understand it you have all pilot assists set to "on". Can you see if turning off the auto rudder changes the behavior?

Go into sensitivity settings and create a dead zone in the middle of the axis (if there is an option on Xbox) one of your triggers might be abit twitchy. I've noticed the triggers seem to behave more like buttons than an axis so the slightest input would apply full application of the rudder. Try swapping the rudder input to the shoulder buttons instead if that doesn't work and use the triggers for the flaps

Everything may be different in Xbox, here is how to create a dead zone in the PC version (images are low resolution).
