August 23, 20214 yr The majority of people in here have the choice of buying from alternative stores or direct from the dev for most products but XB ximmer have no such choice so they are completely out of luck when MS messes up this badly. So it's doubly astonishing that MS have sat on these SU5 related Marketplace updates meaning the initial experience XB players get of 3rd party planes is a broken, seemingly unsupported mess. (And all the while the poor 3rd party devs are pulling their hair out as they get blamed for things that were broken by SU5 and were fixed weeks ago if you bough from another store) Edited August 23, 20214 yr by Matchstick
August 24, 20214 yr Miracles will never cease we have an explanation and apology from MS with a promise to improve staffing - because the core issue, despite MS claiming techincal problems WAS marketplace staff away on holiday as soon as SU5 went out.
