August 27, 20214 yr Under current COVID regs for France and USA, there is no way that anyone from France could get to USA without quarantining for 2 weeks on arrival and 2 weeks on return, and I don't think that even if only management went, that it would be considered a reasonable use of time. Additionally, Microsoft have always preferred to hold their own conferences for any of their products, so I don't see this as a surprise honestly.
