September 17, 20214 yr I worked at those gates for a period of time in 2016 before I retired from AA. I would have loved to have seen how this was done. That end of the terminal was pretty dumpy.
September 18, 20214 yr By "gates" don't they really mean "terminal"? Because if I'm reading (and looking) at that article correctly, aren't they basically pre-fabbing sections at the end of that terminal (Terminal C), I mean they will still have jetways, right? September 20, 20214 yr Moderator Poor reporting as not all that unusual. Those are the lounges where pax wait for boarding. By constructing them 'off site' they managed to keep the clutter down to a more reasonable level. Fr.
