New Nvidia Driver 472.12

I’ve been using the SD drivers as they seem more stable than GRD drivers … in MSFS, P3D, XP, Pr, Ae, etc.

On a related topic, I foolishly went to buy another GPU just for a test PC I’m setting up and it didn’t need to be high performance GPU, figured I could get old 1080 cheap … several hours later I secured a 1030 … ugh!!  During my search I saw my old Titan RTX listed for $4,500.   I thought the GPU insanity had started to decline, I was clearly wrong … the shortage problem seems to be even worse now.

Cheers, Rob

Absolutely!

It's insane here in the UK.  I am (trying to) build a PC for my son for his birthday.  I cannot find a single new Nvidia card above the --60 range (eg. 1060, 2060, etc).  Most are --50s.    I have a 1080 that I paid £240 for, about 3 years ago.  I found one second hand one for £550 !!  I won't buy used - not because I'm bothered that it's a used card - but I simply refuse to give these profiteers stupid amounts of money for old GPUs.

Before I had my 1080, I had a GTX 770, that I paid £120 for, used.    I found a 770 used today.... £330 !!

I'll settle for a 1060 for his PC, and upgrade when Nvidia and AMD finally restore normality in their supply chains.

I wonder if MsFs pc edition will support this.

I hope so.  It looks like it could shorten the loading times.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

I enabled resizable bar in MSFS a few months ago,  no problems so far.
