7.0 fly by wire

I up graded from 6.3 which worked  fine. to 7.0, I'm using all honeycomb yoke and throttle and now for some reason my auto pilot will not let me change Alt. or VS it just stays at the same Alt it's like it's locked in. the only way I can descend or ascend is turn off the auto pilot. What could it be is it some that I'm not doing right. Has the system change from 6.3 on how to ascend and descend in auto pilot?

If you had the markeplace version installed previously, uninstall it (also check your community/official folder for any leftovers). Also: you know you need to calibrate your throttles in the EFB with 0.7?

Hello,

I use the Thrustmaster stick and throttle. The issue that I'm having is that when I click on the LOC button it doesn't engage. Also, I get clicking noise indicating

I'm disengaging the autopilot or something else. I have uninstalled the Aircraft completely, I have also uninstalled MSFS completely and no matter I still have the same issue.

So, I dont know what else to check or do. I also wonder what I'm I missing or doing wrong......

Press the VC FCU LOC button… if it captures (which it does for me) you’ve got a HW programming issue/conflict. Most every time I raise my hand to squawk about a control input issue I take a look again, and verify the problem is firmly behind the yoke (or side stick in this case).

Also the LOC button is for LOC approaches only (just in case you didn't know).

Sounds like you're encountering a Mode Reversion - Google is your friend
