October 11, 20214 yr Author Have purchased games from microsoft over many years with no problems are loaded on my computer and run fine. Just dont no how to get microsoft to respond to this issue. have tried phone numbers i have and sent emails to support. Bewillered

Thanks for trying to help guys do appreciate it. Dennis Anytime I have ever charged something that didn't work, I have disputed the charge, and eventually it was taken off my balance.
