Starting from helipad #3 at Imperial Beach KNRS, we have calm clear conditions. Temp is 67 degrees F with a forecast high of 85 and an offshore breeze of about 4 knots: Our southernmost surf spot is the Tijuana Slough just south of the airfield, where wave height is from 2 to 3 feet. Water temps are 62-63 degrees: At the Imperial Beach Pier we're seeing 3 to 4 feet with Fair shape, and a SSW swell Coronado Beach is looking like 2 to 3 feet with conditions likely to improve slightly through the day: On the North side of the bay, Sunset Cliffs is reporting 3 to 4 feet with Fair shape: Ocean Beach pier is 3 to 4 feet with Fair shape: Mission Beach has Fair conditions at 3 to 4 feet: All 3 surf breaks at Pacific Beach North, South and the Pier are seeing 3 to 4 feet with Fair shape: Old Man's is currently at 2 to 3 feet, the break at PB Point is reporting 3 to 4 with good clean conditions: Birdrock and Windansea are both reporting in at 3 to 4 feet with Fair conditions: Continuing North, La Jolla and Scripps Pier are looking like 2 to 3 feet and Fair shape: Blacks is seeing 3 to 4 feet and good to fair conditions. If you're heading out there, please remember it's clothing optional only on the North side of the beach: Torrey Pines Overview and State Beach are both 2 to 3 feet, Fair: Del Mar and the Rivermouth are reporting in at 2 to 3 feet, Fair shape: Seaside Reef is also seeing 2 to 3 with Fair shape: George's, Cardiff and the Reef are all showing 2 to 3 feet, Fair conditions San Elijo, Traps and Pipes are also checking in with Fair shape at 2 to 3 feet: We'll throttle back a bit to maintain the calm, meditative vibe at Swami's as we pass by, where it's showing 2 to 3 feet and Fair shape: Moonlight Beach and D street are checking in at 2 to 3, Fair shape: Beacons and Grandview are also 2 to 3 and Fair: Ponto and the Jetties are showing Fair conditions at 2 to 3 feet: Terra Mar Point, 2 to 3 and Fair: North of Tamarack and Carlsbad which are at 2 to 3, The Rock is checking in at 3 to 4 feet, Good conditions: Oceanside Beach and the Pier are all reporting in at 3 to 4 feet, Fair shape: We'll head inland at the southern edge of Camp Pendleton since the residents there are known to enforce a very strict Locals Only policy. Flak jackets are recommended if you're planning to try any of the inside breaks there.
