November 15, 20214 yr After the last update I thought the clouds looked incredible best I’ve seen them since launch. Over the past few weeks am seeing a clear degradation, pixelated and blocky, like I’m flying through code, it’s an eyesore and an immersion killer, especially knowing how good they can be… But why the change? Are Asobo doing this? I know others have mentioned similar issues.

Never posted a screenshot on here… menu settings mostly on Ultra (3070/5600x)… I’ve been thinking about the recent changes I’ve made.. since the last update and I’ve upgraded to Windows 11 and noticed some stuttering so change the refresh rate from on to fast on the nvidia panel.

So for instance low setting has a lot less pixelation because it’s not rendering as much detail, high and ultra are very similar with only minor improvements on ultra but between high an ultra there is less pixelation on ultra… I may aswel just wait to see what happens tomorrow now with the new update.

I don’t think there was any mention of cloud improvement in that one but could be wrong. Why it’s gradually got worse is what I’m struggling to understand.
