Hardware: i7-8700k, GTX 1070-ti, 32GB ram, NVMe/SSD drives with lots of free space.
Software: latest Windows 10 Pro, P3Dv4.5+, FSX Steam, and lots of addons (100+ mostly Orbx stuff).

Oh how I wish we could have the option of deferring an update for a set period of time, say 2 weeks. At least those that didn’t want to update straight away wouldn’t have too.  
 

Gotta say I love X-Plane’s philosophy for installing. Before any update just copy your main installation folder, if the update went horribly south delete the entire folder and copy the backup over.
