December 8, 20214 yr This morning my wife came in with a handful of regular mail. She said the mail came early today. Christmas cards and bills. I said, "Where the hell are the catalogs?" She said we didn't get any today. WRONG! This afternoon at our regular mail delivery time the PO truck stopped at the mail and stuffed no less than 9 catalogs and Christmas offers from local stores. I have a special trash can just for junk mail. I have to empty it twice a week. Noel The tires are worn. The shocks are shot. The steering is wobbly. But the engine still runs fine.
December 8, 20214 yr Yeah. Up until we put a "no ads" sign on our mail box 90% of the "mail" was just ads. Insanity. Richard 7950x3d | 32Gb 6000mHz RAM | 8Tb NVme | RTX 4090 | MSFS | P3D | XP12
December 8, 20214 yr Junk mail goes straight in the recycling here. In the clear bag, out for the rubbish guys once every two weeks. Cans, p[plastic bottles, tetra packs, plastic food packaging on alternate weeks. Food waste every week, French turn it into fertiliser. Ordinary garbage that cant be recycled we have to buy stickers for. And yes, I do have to buy a lot of stickers, especially with cat litter to get rid of. 😐 😼
December 8, 20214 yr Author Cat litter is one thing we don't have to deal with. Our house is on a double lot so we have back yard and a side yard. Those yards are more than enough litter box for our four cats. We have three doors that go outside and a pet entrance installed on each one so they can come and go at will. Noel The tires are worn. The shocks are shot. The steering is wobbly. But the engine still runs fine.

Real cheap? 57 minutes ago, birdguy said: Cat litter is one thing we don't have to deal with. As we've mentioned before, your feline gods and goddesses go outside. Mine used to but cant currently but will when we get a house. Although my daughters company are talking about her being an MD of a branch elsewhere, so we may end up moving somewhere else.
December 8, 20214 yr No thanks Martin. Maybe some junk mail mixed in with the litter so i can get the earthworms prepped for next spring.
