December 23, 20214 yr tbh that sounds about right for PMDG's EFB. You'll be using it normally for weeks and months and then it randomly crashes the sim. At least, that's my experience with it.

December 24, 20214 yr i´ve had the same CTD experience after update to 5.3 and again after update to HF 1. In both cases a fresh rebuild of the p3d.cfg solved this and the Sim runs stable as concrete. December 24, 20214 yr Moderator I'd ignore a one-off CTD. If it happens a second time then consider taking action. My guess is for a mature product like that a reboot of your PC will fix the problem. I usually don´t do this by default or as a standard procedure after updating, but this time i give it a try because i´ve had the feeling it could be important, because of the advice by LM to run the "delete all generated files" and surprisingly it seems it solved the CTD´s in both cases. Don´t forget to make a backup of your existing cfg, that you can easily recall personal settings if you need. I do use Addons Linker and load only what mods and addons I need for each specific flight. Just so easy to manage and very positive results.
