The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.

The cargo shall fly in the high noisy sky

As the sounds drone on as they may

Still often is heard a discouraging word

For the skies are not cloudy all day

Please, Asobo, fix the clouds! 😞

Welcome to DroneAir fully automated flight to Hawaii.  Even though there is no human pilot aboard and the beverage cart is fully automated be reassured that nothing can go wrong...can go wrong...can go wrong...can go wrong...can go wrong.......

Jobs have always changed as technology makes them redundant.

How many people not involved in designing tech would have thought that even as late as the year 2000, that tens of thousands of jobs such as web designer, app developer, driverless car engineer, bioengineer, sustainability manager, drone operator would exist in the following 20 years and keep growing in numbers?

Technology has made redundant jobs such as log driver, water carrier, breaker boy, chimney sweep, switchboard operator, pool typist. Jobs that dragged children into the workforce, were labour intensive and risked injury/death, or much more efficient tech has made society better with its introduction.
