The 'hanger' is one thing, but is the plane available to fly in the list of all aircraft?  If not, perhaps it was not downloaded, which is possible to do:  buy, and fail to download.

First thing to do is check the Content Manager under Profile and see if your purchase was fully processed and downloaded.
