Hi there GreenBaron,

A user with a similar issue dropped in a ticket last night, we'll be doing a quick screenshare session with them in around 30 minutes to observe the behaviour on their PC and run through some debugging - so we're looking into it, hang tight and sorry for the inconvenience on your first time experience!

Hi Aamir,

I just picked up your award winning A320 and I was wondering about the installation process. Initially it defaults to a specific folder on my C drive. I thought to select my community folder. I noticed that once it is finished there are two folders in the community folder.

If I uninstall, the reinstall to drive C, will the aircraft folder be the only one created in the community folder?

I don't want the UI folder in the community folder.

One aircraft folder and all the installed liveries will go in the Community folder.

The extra folder that has the UI and external program that runs alongside the aircraft goes externally to the MSFS folder structure.

Also got the same error: "community packages path of microsoft flight simulator not found"

No solution in sight.

Bulid 1.0.1.95

I,m using the MSFS 2020 from STEAM, mybe that's why ?

It's a bit annoying.😕

Hello guys. I have exactly the same problem with the installation.  I thought it was because it is steam, but i saw on videos that the fenix should work perfectly with it.

But unfortunatly, Still nothing.

Is anyone found any solution?

Thank you guys

As a question to you all, do you happen to have special characters in your windows names?

Yes.

My windows name is Krešimir.

Path:  Users\Krešimir\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages

I've changed my name from Béla to Bela and my windows from Hungarian to English. For this I had to reinstall my whole windows, but now it works perfectly!!!
