Do you have the Fenix background app running? And is is possible that the IP address for your PC has changed?

Rich, there is no „EFB Server“. Your server is actually your PC with MSFS and the Fenix running. So yes, start MSFS and the Fenix. and then connect to your PC via iPad, tablet or whatever else device which has a browser and is in the same network as your PC. And yes, unless your router does not assign static IP addresses to your devices these IP addresses may change whenever you start your PC. Run ipconfig on your PC to see your current IP address and consider assigning a static IP to your PC so you can bookmark the address to your EFB

iPad might be quicker, but it will only tell you the iPad's ip address, not the one on the computer, which is the one you need for this application.

Your Router runs the show in assigning different ips to devices.  if your ipad is off, and another device  connects in the meantime, the ip address can change.  it's not generally a big deal. or a problem.  but if you run a server on a device, that one needs to be more stable.  you can usually go into the router settings and force an ip to a particular device if you want.
