Thanks andreh,

I'll continue tweaking (I quite like the light sunglasses filter), but your settings are a definite improvement on the default ones. With background processes turned off, I'm getting a solid 40 fps with GA aircraft in the UK on my 7700k and 3080ti and OPEN XR on the Rift S, with barely any stutter - and it looks very good

From memory, I can double check tomorrow.

Contrast 51

Brightness 42

Saturation 35

Vibrance 98

The rest is unchanged. There's a certain level of subjective preference to these settings, though. But I find this to be quite realistic. Not perfect, but much closer to reality than the oversaturated and over bright original.

Also note that things become more washed out if you have contact shadows and ambient occlusion to off in the msfs settings. I have them on low, since they have performance impact. Some people recommend bloom off but I quite like the effect and have it on.

Happy flying.

Had no idea the visuals could be any better, your settings solves the washed out 9am-3pm day lighting for me and the image is much more crisp.

I'm extremely impressed with my Rift S visuals now with the 100% FSR and 30% sharpness Oculus 1.4SS and 90TAA ! Wow!😍

Thanks a ton!🍻

Where do you find these settings?

NM, got it, somehow they didn't show up on the first run...
