allright Asobo, PG is nice for VR, but with tube liners it's giving me the stutters.......switched it off when flying the Fenix. Maybe in the future with ddr5 and faster CPU's I will switch back again.

Yes I know, PG is why MSFS is so exceptional ( it has it flaws ), but it's too heavy.

To be fair, It’s preferable to turn PG off.

I’m still using it on, but at some airports it became really annoying (EG KLAX).

Hi Richard, I can get reasonable FPS and have VRAM enough. It's the stutters even with LOD 100. PG off and all is fluid. VSync in game fps locked at 33. And this is tested with a empty community folder and the stock A320.

Yes, when up high in the air you don't need much in the way of scenery. The only time I would dream of turning off PG is for curiosity. PG is the glory of MSFS to me. But I don't like flying at realistic flight levels. So I'm staying lower where I can see the scenery I paid for and love. Burn a lot of fuel, take longer to arrive, or striking another virtual aircraft in crowded skies in one out of ten thousand of my flights, what is that to me?

But in real life that would be more than ten every day over America which would never be acceptable (there are 150,000 flights daily). And in real life, time is money, and wasting fuel will bankrupt an airline. And the attractive large herds of elephants and giraffes are rare to see in Africa compared to the flying clipper days when flight levels were down low on those huge passenger planes.
