Fenix license reset

Hi,

I had to rebuild my PC after the Xbox app lost its mind and would no longer launch games, this seems to have locked me out of my fenix a320 as signing into the app never completes.

How do I get hold of Fenix to get it reset? I don’t use discord?

Hi Mate,

You go into Fenix site where you bought the A320.

Go to Dashboard and choose to reset your activation. There is an option for that.

If it doesn't work submit ticket. Within hours you should get a reply.

if reset does not work, use other browser or go incognito. Worked for me after new Windows install.

If it doesn't say success and your CPU gets hot open a incongnito window and reset your activation there. This should work but if not reset activation on a different PC.

I had purchase the fenix a320 while back wish is amazing plane but then I had to upgrade my pc new mother cpu grafic card but then when I login to fenix it won’t let me it say license revoke any can help what to do thx

I have the same issue I did rebuild my pc and now it’s telling license revoked can someone help me out here thank you
